Returns & Refunds
Returns Window
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original, unopened packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, perishable goods cannot be returned. This includes coffee beans and ground coffee. We also do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable products, certain health or personal care items, or any hazardous or flammable materials.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if an item shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@traviticoffee.com.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@traviticoffee.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please use the return address provided on your delivery docket. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
